This is an all original 1973 Honda CT70 Trail Blazer with only 187 original documented miles. I have all the original paperwork from it's original purchase through 1978 (Purchase Contract, Owners Manual, Registration, Bike Pamphlet, valve adjustment and oil change). Sometime shortly after registering it in 1978 the bike was stored inside the original owners kitchen pantry for 36 years until he passed away and it was uncovered. It has the original Blue classic license plates issued when first purchased in 1973 for California. It has a new battery and OEM air filter, runs great, the motor is in excellent condition. The oil is still golden color, it is basically brand new original. This is an AMAZING once in a lifetime find. This is NOT a rebuilt bike with rebuilt parts. This is an ORIGINAL CT70 with only 187 ORIGINAL miles. The paint is perfect as you can see in the pictures and it is Original Candy Red color. The Chrome looks alright, it has some light patina and rust spots you can see in the pictures. The seat is in excellent condition and so are all the tags and plates on the bike. CLEAN TITLE! ALL REGISTRATION AND FEES HAVE BEEN PAID FOR THRU MAY 2016. These bikes are VERY hard to get titled, do NOT believe people who say they can give you a "bill of sale" and that it will be easy to register. That is NOT TRUE. They are very hard to get titled especially without any back-round paperwork on the bike. New everything including the 3 Stage Candy Ruby Red Paint. Many upgrades make this bike a one of a kind that you can ride or display in your office to admire. Everything new that was needed, tires, rims and hubs, forks and shocks tuned for the adult rider. New seat, bars, grips, decals, controls, cables, lights, fenders, reflectors, chain and sprockets, Honda grab bar, engine guard and exhaust in Chromed or Factory Black like it came with. 2nd Generation Honda CT70 K1. The 3 speed makes it perfect for using behind the camper or taking off road. True 3 stage Candy Paint was applied after the frame was Soda Blasted to remove the paint and 40 + years of grime. The rear shocks are CHP with stronger springs and the forks have been reworked. The bike is newly restored with 20 miles on the rebuild. Original speedo just turned 4300 but will change daily. The cases were split and anything needed was replaced. New clutch, seals and gaskets are always used. New top end, piston, rings, jug and head with a new carburetor and Air Box installed. The bike has been properly broke in and is ready to ride. New wiring harness, Honda key switch (2 keys) , sealed battery along with a rebuilt stator. The seat, engine guard, spark guard, controls, levers and cables are all new and are top quality CHP items. The front fender is new along with the correct 4.00 x 10 Trails Tires with Heavy Duty Tubes. New brakes front and rear with polished backing plates. The handlebars were in great shape and do fold down for easy loading. The rear fender looked new and was not replaced. New headlight along with all new bulbs in speedo and taillight.
