I have a 1992 Harley Sportster that has been fully restored including a brand new 100 HP Axtell Mountain Motor Kit. The motor is chromed, the wheels have been powder coated black and the frame has been powder coated with a red and black combination top coat. The bike has a bobbed rear fender with a cat eye tail light, lowered front and rear shocks, a brand new 3.25 gallon gas tank for extended travel range. There is a dyna single fire ignition, and a S&S E carburetor with a thunderjet for full rpm range performance, and a crane 525 series cam for extreme torque and hp in the 4500 rpm range. The tires are Avon top of the line and are in excellent condition with a 250 wide rear tire with all its tread ready for the road. The bike has only 300 miles on the new motor and was broken in properly with oil and filter changes at 50 and 150 miles, and now has a full synthetic oil for maximum life. The bike is in excellent condition and is a one owner bike only for sale because I already have two other bikes and do not drive this one often. It has been garage kept its whole life and if I met a woman who wanted to ride beside me instead of sitting behind me I would gladly keep it. I am asking $5500 obo and would also consider trading this bike for a convertible automobile like an older mercedes 450 SEL or possibly a full dress bagger like an Ultra classic or other older cruiser model. Offered for sale is a very original 1992 Kawasaki KX250 dirtbike. This bike was purchased as a left over in 1993 and unlike most motocross bikes of this vintage, has never seen a motocross track before. It was used sparingly over the 1st 10 or so years around a big farm and neighboring farms in Basking Ridge NJ. It was put away in the early 2000s and sort of forgotten about until I discovered it about a 2 weeks ago. Fortunately it was drained of all of the fuel and stored in a climate controlled facility so the bike didn't need more than a rinse, oil change, and a fresh tank of gas. Long story short it started on the 3rd kick and runs/rides awesome. Very powerful bike through all of the gears and the brakes work great to slow you down. My experience with the bike has been limited to the the last two weeks, but the only part of the bike that seems to need attention is the suspension. The front suspension works great but the fork seals seem to be weeping some oil, and the rear shock is a little bouncy(don't know if it is an adjustment or needs to be rebuilt).
