I have a 02 GSXR 1000 that has 36310 miles on it. I have owned this for the last year, I am selling this because I am having surgery on my hands and I cannot ride this summer. Here is what is done to it. GSXR rear tail lights and rear fairing cowl CLEAN TITLE New seat, also have rear seat along with rear cover that is on it in the pics. Brand new USA made chain and sprocket. (I took the 530 conversion kit off) Valves all in spec, did the work myself I am a cert mech. Valves are good for 12,000 miles before next checkup. Good tires, Summer life left. Custom Jet Black paint job. K and N air filter. Yoshirmira Exhaust. Hidden blinkers. New engine oil, clutch fluid, brake fluid. New front brake pads. New fuel pump and filter. Gas tank has been Kreemed. This means that rust can never form in the tank. This bike does have some minor issues, the air ducts were due to improper tie down while moving it on a trailer, I have a pic of me pointing at the crack. Missing one fairing bolt. This bike has been laid down at a slow speed by a previous owner the damage is only seen on the muffler, timing cover and a small dent that is hidden by the fairing. The paint looks great, it is gloss jet black. This bike looks great for 36,000 miles. It rides smooth and straight at high speeds. Mechanical issues have arisen after sitting all winter in the garage. Missing one faring bolt. Front left blinker burned out. Has been laid down at a very low speed the only damage is to the muffler and timing cover and a very small dent in the frame that the fairing covers up, crack in the plastic air intake tube, I have pics of all these. Mechanical issues is a fuel delivery problem, the bike does not start until the second or third try, like its not getting enough fuel. When you drive it down the road is will boggs out ONLY AT FULL THROTTLE. Once the bike warms up it will start right back up when shut off. The bike runs great once it is started and running for a few seconds. The bike runs great through all the gears at any throttle position besides FULL THROTTLE. The bike is still very fast and will still go as fast as you dare. I honestly believe it is a fuel delivery problem or an air leak in the system. I have an extra throttle body set and fuel injectors, used 530 vortex sprocket kit, and a hard back Haynes GSXR Tear down and resemble manual I will throw in for free.

2002 GSXR 1000cc The bike has 14,918 miles. --Replaced the brake rotors with wave rotors, and put in ebc pads. --Changed the exhaust to a yoshimura, and cut 6 inches off the can, to make the sound a bit throatier. (The headers are already full titanium from the factory, so I didn't change those.) --Painted the plastics black using route 66 two stage paint, which is fuel proof, but the paint is not perfect. --Replaced the brake levers with shorty ones. --Replaced the driver and passenger foot pegs with black ones.   --Replaced the the sliders with matte black ones.   --Added the R1 throttle mod, which makes the turn ratio smaller to get to WOT.  AKA, you don't have to twist your wrist as much to go fast.  --Changed the turn signals to smoked flush mount signals.   --Changed the tail light to a smoked led one. --Added a 12v outlet to plug in a phone charger, and that is controlled by a switch next to the seat.   --Added a switch for all the green leds, because sometimes it is nice not to be noticed. --Added a switch to turn dealer mode on and off, this is helpful if you are ever tuning the throttle, or want to diagnose any error codes. --Added a switch to turn the radiator fan on all the time, which keeps the bike cooler on those hot Indiana days. Very nice to keep the bike cool when you are stuck in traffic--Added a switch to turn on or off the RES mod, which is basically some resistors hooked to the right wires that change the smoothness of the bike when slowing down.  There is a long winded explanation to how that mod works, but basically if you have the mod enabled, the bike is smoother when driving around town, and having to stop frequently.  The bike has been dropped in the grass, but all it did was break a mirror. I have since put new mirrors on. New Front tire last summer, back tire still has about 1000 miles left in it. I have the clean title in hand. Asking $4,500. Make an offer, flexible on price.
