I purchased this used locally from a seller about 30 years ago. A friend was really into motorcycles and we went to many swap shows and bought authentic parts to restore the cycle. Got a good way into the restoration but then stalled and it stayed in storage in my garage for about 10 years. I brought it to a motorcycle shop last year and they went through it and put it in running order. It is a great cycle with a lot of power.

My Triumph starts on the first or second kick and runs great! I'd be glad to send videos of it starting and running to bidders (bidders only). This is a numbers matching bike. I have owned this bike for the last 10 years approximately. I bought it here on eBay from a gentleman in Rochester, NY. He had it garaged for the previous 13 years and didn't use much so it needed some mechanical work. Once I received it I took it to the best mechanic of British bikes in town and he has been the only mechanic of the bike since then. Most of the below listed upgrades were done to it then and it's been mainly maintenance since then. I have ridden the bike on weekends and only short distances at a time. When I don't take it out (it rains a lot in Miami), I make sure I start it and warm it up a little. I've changed the oils often and have used only the best on her. I've kept most of the parts that have been replaced (originals I assume) and many are still in good condition and could be reused. For the new parts I've always bought the best available and have most if not all the receipts. Here are some of the upgrades: Change from points to electronic system, new clutch, new valves and guides, new spark plug cables, new coils, new carburetors, increase of transmission ratio to make it quicker (larger front), new brake pads, brand new tires, new battery, new fork boots. It is mechanically perfect, with a small investment on detailing this bike, this will could be a show bike. Notes: Buyer responsible for arranging pick up, freight, parts shipping etc.

The bike was purchased out of the collection of Mike Crone by Randy Baxter in 2012. Baxter Cycle sold it on to me in 2013. Pacific Blue and Alaskan White. It is a solid #2 Condition. Excellent driver. Borderline show. Tank and fender repaint was done with real pin-striping, not tape My guess is that the speedo was zeroed out, perhaps at restoration. All stock, proper parts.......horn, instruments, headlight lens, etc. Currently registered on Penna. antique plates. Specifics: Seat is possibly the original, judging from condition. Tires: Avon Speedmaster Mkll 3.50x19 and Dunlop Gold Seal 4.00x18. Carbs: correct Amal Monobloc, 376/324 and 376/325 (float bowl, left side only) This is a very early T100 R. It’s among the first twin carb “Daytona” models. I would be happy to share some interesting reports about this bike from Justin James, of the VMCC (in the UK). Justin is also author of http://www.triumph-tiger-90.com/ Check the price guides and recent auction, and I think you’ll see that my $8750 asking price is more than reasonable. And, I am willing to consider trades, either up or down.

For best offer auction we have a 66' T100R Daytona 500cc Triumph twin, just over 10,000 miles. This motorcycle previously sat in a showroom for sometime, through the years it has acquired a few imperfections. Most notably the top right hand cylinder head fin has chipped, the tachometer glass has cracked slightly, and there a few blemishes and scratches on the tins. Barring these, it is in excellent condition for a 49 year old motorcycle. The chrome is in excellent shape and shows no signs of pitting, the paint has an excellent luster, and the seat shows no tearing or damage. The rear tire is serviceable while the front tire shows severe aging as they likely as old as the year as manufacture. The chassis is true and handles well, all tabs present with no signs of modification. The front end dampens and rebounds well, the rear shocks could likely be renewed but work just fine depending on rider preferences. The brakes have been recently adjusted and work well. All lighting is operable with all lighting circuit, original Lucas lenses. The harness is complete and fused with original Lucas electrics. Smiths speedo and tacho work well, original drive in the rear. Monobloc carburetor with old pancake air filter. Primary chain has been inspected and has an excellent service life, contact breakers have been inspected as well and are in excellent condition. Very tight motor, only the typical Brit leaks. Needs tuning and further inspection, all in all VERY CLOSE to being absolutely road ready. CLEAN TITLE. Cash only for local pick-up or will deliver within reasonable distance for extra cost. Wrench and ride or restore and show, the choice is yours. Contact Elijah @ 773-484-0570 for anymore details, arrangements, or offers. 1968 TRIUMPH T100R DAYTONA ***WATCH VIDEO ABOVE FOR A CLOSER LOOK*** Barn fresh and used as aesthetic display in my collection. Numbers matching frame/engine/title. Strong compression, working brakes, carb slides are free and tires hold air. I have never tried to start it. Just used it for its unique history and hand built parts for people to admire. Previous owner/builder used it for off road scrambles and hill climbing in Southern IL. and Indiana back in the 1970's and early '80's. Fuel tank is divided in half (left side oil tank/right side fuel). Custom seat section for better off road handling. That is about all I can say about it. It is SUPER cool. Comes with clear, open Illinois title. Matching numbers. Cheers Rules for buying: Shipping: Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility but I will work out the details with your shipper to load the bike up. I highly recommend Haulbikes.com and Keyboard Transports 100%. Bike is sold "As Is" and "Where Is". No warranty expressed or implied obviously BUT if you are in the area you are welcome and encouraged to come and physically inspect it anytime you like. I'm not an expert on these things so PLEASE ask anything anytime. I'm happy to answer. Nothing to hide here. Paying: 1) CASH IN HAND IS KING and I prefer handshake, FACE-TO-FACE transactions. 2) BANK TO BANK WIRE 3) CASHIERS' CHECKS PAYPAL IS NOT PREFERRED! I DO NOT LIKE PAYPAL AND I THINK THEIR FEES ARE OUTRAGEOUS! HOWEVER IF YOU WANT TO USE PAYPAL,YOU WILL HAVE TO BE LIABLE FOR THE EXTRA FEES. SORRY...BUT IT'S JUST RIDICULOUS WHAT THEY CHARGE FOR BASICALLY DOING NOTHING.

1973 Triumph Daytona T100R 500 in extremely good original unmolested condition. I went through the bike, cleaned it, changed the fluids and touched up the carbs. I primed it, kicked it a few times with the choke on (in approx 35 degrees temp), and it started right up. I took it for a quick (illegal) ride. It runs well and goes through the gears nicely.. Needs very little. The tires look good, but they're older. A couple non Lucas signal lenses. It has very nice new paint on the tank since B4 storage. I bought this T100R last year along with two other Triumphs from a 78 year old Gentleman who had them in storage for years. This is an original, unmolested very nice, well taken care of 44 year old motorcycle. Has a little pitting on some of the chrome, and a cracked glass on the speedometer. You can hop on it and ride. Please see the pictures and ask questions. Hagerty has this valued at $6500. in FAIR condition. This one is in better than GOOD condition, IMO. I have old Massachusetts registration and bill of sale. This is a "Make Offer" sale, so feel free to make a reasonable offer. Because of this, this sale can end early from an offer I will help you with the shipping anyway that I can, But, Shipping will be organized and paid by the buyer. .Local pick up is fine with me. Please feel free to Ask Questions! Thanks.

Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE The Super III stock engine is 885cc. This engine is now a 955cc. The engine case was machined to take 955 cylinders and pistons. We used pistons and rods from a 2002 Sprint because the weight was exactly the same as the Super III’s, 754 grams. No engine balancing was required and the engine is as smooth as it has always been. The Triumph service manager was impressed and he liked the extra bottom end torque it now has. This rebuilt engine now has about 1,000 miles on it. Of course many newer parts were put into it. To name a few: cylinder liners, pistons, crankshaft, main & connecting rod bearings, cam chain and adjuster, resurfaced head. Rare – You probably already know, only a few of these bikes were made and imported to the U.S. No accidents, just a minor tip over that dented the front stainless strap on the right muffler. It was always well maintained, and runs great. It looks good, always garaged but it has 69,000 so it is not a perfect museum piece. The paint scratch on the tank was rubbed out, but now it missing some yellow paint. The seat cowling has a crack on each side from the securing screws. Above the base of the left mirror there is a small crack from 8 years ago. That crow got his last bite of road kill and was hit at over 80 mph. Bird guts everywhere. That wear on the front corner of the seat is the same on the other side. Modifications: Dynojet carb kit installed in Mikuni carbs, it gets 40 mpg. Sprint foot pegs with matching brake pedal and shifting gear, original equipment available. Shortened center stand from a Trophy, good for maintenance. Carbon fiber looking levers and gas cap. 12 volt plug for a radar detector. Extra auxiliary fuse box for added goodies. Please ask questions, or for more pictures. I prefer local pickup since I haven’t ever shipped a bike before so I don’t know what the cost would be, but I’ll help if needed.

Up for sale is my Black and Gold 2008 Triumph Daytona 675. I purchased this bike in Dayton from Its original owner in 2012. It was owned by BMW tech who added the performance exhaust, handle bars, Upgraded Head Light, and a few other tasteful mods. Since I purchased it, I have put less than 2,500 miles on it. I put on brand new tires, upgraded turn signals, K&N air filter, Woodcraft covers on both sides, frame and fork sliders. I have ridden this bike only to the gym off and on in the three years I've owned it. NEVER had it over 80 mph, NEVER laid down. 100% Garage kept and damn near flawless. Package Deal Comes with Pit Bull bike stands. I have babied this bike and it is probably the nicest resale anywhere around. Bike is for sale locally as well. Feel free to message me with any questions.
