First off, you had to get in line with cash in hand to put a deposit on this to order one of the worlds first supercharged production streetbikes, on a first come-first served basis. Production on this bike was carefully attended to by the best of the best at a factory dedicated exclusively to the production of this awesome bike, proudly built in Akashi, Japan. Special permission was obtained to use the River Mark on the Ninja H2. It's use is reserved for models of historical significance.The finish on this bike from primer to clearcoat, unlike most production bikes, was carefully finished by hand by Kawasaki craftsmen. You get twice the layers of clearcoat on this bike. The paint used on this bike is similar in appearance to what has been used by top custom builders, this is the first time it has been used on a mass-production vehicle in either the automotive or motorcycle industries. Strict Kawasaki quality control measures help to ensure a long-lasting finish. In fact, the only item on this bike where a robot was used to paint, is on the fuel tank. It's UV coated.All lighting, with the exception of the license plate bulb, is LED. Some of the welding on this great bike is welded by Kawasaki craftsmen. If you haven't figured it out by now, this bike has had more attention to detail than probably the last airplane you've flown on. Kawasaki's Aerospace Company had a hand in designing the aerodynamics of this fine supersport motorcycle. There are so many things that contributed to the high-tech design of this awesome bike.
